"The customer service here is good. People are kind but this review is in regards to the company. I consider they should add points when someone buys gift cards because the person is promoting their business giving these gift cards which means more customers. It should be an equal gain and personally by the way we are heading very soon they'll need to find creative ways to sell their coffee because people will prioritize other more important things but this coffee shop it's very nice. God bless this place."

"Caribou coffee is located inside Hugos. It's nice to get a cup of coffee to warm up while you shop. They have some great flavors and other drink options if you don't like coffee. The barista behind the counter is really nice, too."
